Launch a Cause Coin

This page is for nonprofit leaders and causes. If your mission has a clear, verifiable impact metric, you can launch a cause coin on WYDE so that ordinary trading and spending fund your work continuously, no donation drive required.

Study the working example first: The $EAT Cause. Then use this as your onboarding map.

  • A clear, countable impact metric. $EAT uses “meals funded.” Yours should be similarly verifiable (units of clean water, students supported, etc.).
  • A verified 501(c)(3) partner (or your own qualified charity) to receive and deploy funding.
  • A community and a story. Distribution is the whole game; a cause that can rally attention compounds fastest.
  • The Impact Exchange and the 1% funding fee.
  • The cause coin model: impact-based vesting and permanent liquidity.
  • The card rail, the community app, and campaign formats (e.g. the Hunger Cup).
  • The WYDE Foundation: tax-deductible donations on your behalf and grants that grow your exposure.
  • The legal structure: Wyoming DUNA / 501(c)(4) + 501(c)(3).
  1. Reach out to contact@wyde.org with your mission and impact metric.
  2. Fit and diligence with the WYDE team.
  3. Define the cause: impact metric, 501(c)(3) partner, distribution model.
  4. Design tokenomics: supply, milestones, liquidity (modeled on the $EAT framework).
  5. Launch the cause coin on the Impact Exchange.
  6. Activate the go-to-market: card, app, campaigns, and Foundation exposure grants.
