  • WYDE Foundation earned 501(c)(3) status, effective March 3, 2026. WYDE now runs as a Wyoming DUNA + 501(c)(4) (token economy) paired with a 501(c)(3) foundation. Donations are tax-deductible. See Governance & DUNA.
  • The $EAT Debit Card goes live the week of June 1, Visa-powered, built with Crowded. Founding members (7,153 of 10,000 claimed) get 2x rewards for life. See The $EAT Card.
  • The Hunger Cup is live at hungercup.com, retweet-to-feed, 16-country bracket. See The Hunger Cup.
  • U.S. perpetual futures are now legal (CFTC, late May 2026), a structural tailwind for the whole market and a potential future venue for $EAT volume. The CLARITY Act continues to advance.
  • The $EAT app is live at app.eat.ong: weekly $EAT payouts via bounties and referrals, plus nonprofit voting.
  • Self-directed IRA (June): hold $EAT tax-free (Roth) or tax-deferred.
  • Impact Summer World Tour: BitMart listing (April 28) plus four more CEX listings through summer 2026.

The briefing is candid about the pullback: aggregate on-chain volume is down roughly 78% from its peak, and $EAT’s thin float (80% of supply locked) makes it move harder than most in both directions. What has not moved: liquidity that can never be pulled (burned single-sided LP), a meal counter that only climbs, and a fully intact treasury. The summer’s launches are all about distribution.
